Opposition filter

New filter for the opposition period lists in initial assessment.
Set a filter for every contry in wich an oppasition dead exist e.g. DE & EP. The oppstion dead line list will only display DE and EP granted Patent within the respective oppotion dead line. This setting is user specific.
